1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tulip.my, you agree to these Terms and any other policies, guidelines, or rules incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• General Requirement: You must be a Malaysian resident or have access to the Platform in Malaysia to use the services.
• Students Under 13: Students under the age of 13 may access the Platform only with the permission of a guardian or parent. The guardian must provide consent and assume responsibility for the student’s use of the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use the Platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights or distributing harmful content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations.

4. Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities under it.

5. Content

• User-Generated Content: You may submit, upload, or contribute content to the Platform (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for the purposes of providing and improving the Platform.
• Platform Content: All content provided by us, including educational materials, graphics, and other proprietary content, is owned by Digital Oomi Technology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Platform.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access or scrape data from the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that violates the privacy or rights of others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will end, and you must cease using the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Oomi Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Oomi Technology and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Malaysia.
